Our 55-minute Pilates mat class is a fun, safe way to strengthen, stretch, and balance your body, while learning key Pilates fundamentals, such as neutral spine, a properly engaged core, pelvic and shoulder stability, spinal articulation, and proper breathing. Mat classes will often include basic Pilates equipment, such as rings, resistance bands, rollers, and weighted and non-weighted balls. With regular practice, you’ll experience a toned, flexible body with better posture and more efficient movement!
