About Us

CORE Fitness is a boutique Pilates Reformer studio. 


We're not a fitness factory. Here’s what that means for you:


  • Never more than 7 people in a class so you can get the attention you need to help you perform and properly execute each exercise. 
  • At CORE Fitness clients have the opportunity to get to know each other and form a fitness family. Many of our clients form friendships that extend beyond the studio.
  • There’s room for discussion and camaraderie — all while getting a great workout. 
  • Walk into our studio and enjoy an atmosphere and decor that changes with the seasons and holidays. This is not your typical, cold, equipment-only gym. 
  • This all stems from our founder, Nanci. She loves being festive and treating our clients like family. She must be doing something right, we’ve been doing this since 2007!

W: 6pm - 7pm

Th: 4pm - 5pm


Private Classes:

M-S: Available between 7am - 6pm excluding group class times
